Last Energy’s Climate Fellowship provides an opportunity to work at a high-impact startup in the clean-tech sector. This year’s cohort will have cross-organizational exposure to the business development, legal, finance, and policy functions of a rapidly growing startup bringing small nuclear power plants to market in order to decarbonize global energy production and increase access to clean, affordable power.

Last Energy is headquartered in Washington, DC with offices across Europe (United Kingdom, Romania, Poland). Fellows will be exposed to international affairs throughout every aspect of their work and will have the opportunity for global travel as part of the program.

This one-year program is designed to immerse promising early career professionals in a dynamic environment that will equip them with entrepreneurial and leadership skills, as well as firsthand experience with international energy markets.

Fellows will be given the opportunity to expand their networks and professional development through mentorship, conferences, company off-site retreats, and social events.

At the end of the program, high-performing Fellows will be offered the opportunity to join Last Energy full-time.

Fellows must have at least one year of professional work experience. Candidates should demonstrate their ability to think critically while working in a fast-paced environment. They should be exceptionally organized, deeply curious, and willing to work across a number of disciplines.

$80,000 annual stipend and comprehensive benefits package

The cohort of Fellows will be selected through a competitive application process. Applications are due September 7th, 2022. Nominations will also be accepted.
